On-line registration is closed. You may register at the Westin Hotel Conference Registration desk between the hours of 7AM – 5:00PM on Monday, May 12th and 7:00AM – 3:00PM on Tuesday, May 13th. If you have any questions please call the IEEE Office at 781-245-5405.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

2008 IEEE International Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security:
(with technical assistance from the DHS S&T Directorate)
May 12 and 13, 2008

Your registration includes admission to all keynote, plenary, invited technical (oral and 4 poster) sessions, business panels, welcome reception Monday, May 12, 5:30 – 8:00PM, exhibits, conference CD ROM, abstract book, coffee breaks and lunches.

                     If you are an author of an accepted paper, please include your paper ID # on your registration form.

Registration and Payment

Remittance must be made in $US dollars, by check payable to IEEE Homeland Security Conference, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express). Do not send cash by mail. Make all checks payable to, IEEE Homeland Security Conference and drawn on a US bank. REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 14, 2008 to qualify for advance registration discount rate. Full time students must present a current, valid student ID when they submit their registration form. This can be emailed to l.scott@ieee.org  or faxed to +1781-245-5406. All pre-conference registrations must be received in the office by May 8, 2008. After that date, only onsite registrations will be accepted. You will not be considered registered until your payment as well as your registration form has been received. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are allowed and must be requested in writing to the mail address below or by email to sec.boston@ieee.org based on the following schedule.

• Up to April 18, 2008 - full refund, less $50 processing fee.

• After April 18, 2008 - no refunds, substitutions are allowed.
