Co-Sponsoring the Conference

The Conference on Technologies for Homeland Security is
offering the following co-sponsorship opportunities for the conference.
Co-sponsors receive a significant package of promotional and advertising
opportunities to a diverse audience, all directly involved in homeland
security.
Platinum Co-Sponsor
Platinum co-sponsors receive top level promotion, on all
flyers, web sites and brochures. They will be identified as Platinum Level
Co-sponsors on prominent posters at the conference. They may have one 30” x
6 foot table top exhibit space at the conference for promotion of their
organization, three passes to the conference and will have a full page ad in
the conference handout. There will be a maximum of four Platinum
Co-sponsors. Platinum Co-sponsorship is $5500.00.
Reception Co-Sponsor
The evening reception co-sponsor is featured in all
materials at the second level of the sponsorship section equal with the Gold
Level Co-sponsors and will be featured prominently as the sponsor of the
reception. The Reception Co-sponsor may have one 30” x 6 foot table top
exhibit space at the conference, three conference passes and a 1/2 page ad
in the conference handout. Reception Co-sponsorship is $3500.00.
Gold Co-Sponsor
Gold co-sponsors are featured at the second level of the
sponsorship section, on all web sites, flyers, brochures and posters at the
conference. If appropriate to the conference audience, they may have one 30”
x 6 foot table top exhibit space at the conference, two passes and will have
a 1/2 page ad in the conference handout. The price of Gold
Co-sponsorship is $2500.00.
Silver Co-Sponsor
Silver level co-sponsors are featured just below Gold level
co-sponsors in the sponsorship section of all materials and posters. Silver
level co-sponsors may share tabletop display space on a designated table at
the conference, will have one pass to the conference and a 1/4 page ad in
the conference handout. The price of Silver Co-sponsorship is $1000.00.
Bronze Co-Sponsor
Bronze level co-sponsors are featured just below Silver in
all materials and posters. Bronze co-sponsors will be identified with an
event, such as a coffee break, continental breakfast, etc. There will be a
prominent sign, identifying their co-sponsorship for that event and a 1/6
page ad in the conference handout and one pass to the conference. The
price of Bronze level co-sponsorship is the cost of the event or $750,
whichever is greater. Other requested in-kind services may also qualify for
Bronze Level Co-sponsorship.
Other Co-Sponsors
These are identified as co-sponsors and featured on all
promotional and display materials. They will receive one pass to the
conference. These co-sponsors provide marketing programs for promotion to at
least an audience of 500 potential attendees. They must use promotional
material furnished by IEEE and provide verification they have distributed
these materials.
Exhibitor at the Conference
Exhibiting at the 2007 IEEE Conference on Technologies for
Homeland Security provides an excellent and affordable opportunity to meet
and interact with an audience of government officials, companies and
individuals interested in the technology supporting the critical topic.
Exhibitor
Exhibitors will have one 30” x 6 foot table top space for
exhibits, appropriate to the audience, during the conference. They will be
listed as exhibitors on the conference web site and may have a 1/4 page ad
in the conference handout. Exhibitors will receive two passes to the
conference. The price of exhibit space is $2000 per space. Any question of
appropriateness will be the discretion of the Conference Committee.

Exhibits will be located in the foyer and hallway, between
the meeting rooms, coffee breaks and the conference reception, providing
exhibitors maximum exposure to the attendees. Exhibits will be limited to
one 30” x 6 foot tabletop display. Space is limited and signing up early will help you to secure an
advantageous location.

Payment
Payment in full is required to reserve a space. Refunds will
be allowed until February 1, 2007.
